- Each student must complete a 2023 Grad Night Code of Conduct and 2023 Grad Night Waiver and Release Agreement to attend the event. Click here to download Grad Night forms.
- Signed paperwork can be dropped off in the “AWHS Falcon Foundation” mailbox in the Staff Lounge by 3:00 PM on June 8th.
- If you miss the June 8th deadline to turn in paperwork, please bring it with you on Friday. You will be able to turn in your paperwork to the parent volunteers at check in.
- Check in will start at 8:30 PM sharp in the Saunders parking lot. Buses will not be held for late arrivals.
- Please DO NOT park in the Saunders parking lot. Park in the main school parking lot as that is where you will be dropped off at the end of the evening.
- All students MUST ride the buses to AND from the event venue. You will arrive back at school around 2:30 AM.
- No backpacks or bags of any size will be permitted on the buses or at the venue.
- No food or drinks of any kind (including water bottles) are allowed. If a student brings any of these items, they will be confiscated and discarded as part of the check in process.
- This event is a drug-free, alcohol-free and tobacco-free event. The Falcon Foundation volunteers will not allow students who are impaired or who possess drugs or alcohol to board the buses or participate in this event. If a student is suspected or caught by security or chaperones under the influence or in possession, the parent or guardian will be called and the student will need to be picked up immediately. The JCC does also reserve the right to shut down the event if this happens. Please do not jeopardize this event for future classes.
- If a student needs to bring medication to the event, this must be organized by 3:00 PM on June 8th. Please email awhsfalconfoundation@gmail.com to arrange for this.
