AWHS Falcon Foundation does not reimburse after the fact purchases unless there are extraordinary circumstances in which a copy of the invoice along with a copy of your cancelled check or credit card statement MUST be provided.

If this request for funding is approved, the AWHS Falcon Foundation Managing Director will issue a check and the amount will be deposited into the team’s ASB account.
